Pendaries Golf Course
Our manicured, 18-hole, mountain golf course winds through the ponderosa in clear, cool air at 7,500' to 8,000' elevation with frequent views of the nearby Sange de Cristo Mountains and expansive Rociada valley. Three sets of tees play 5,020 to 6,550 yards to challenge all skill levels.
Especially notable are the doglegs: tee shots where you can choose daredevil shortcuts over the ponderosa; or across a pond bordered by trees, then a dogleg left with left hazard. How about an approach dogleg left to a blind green, or a fairway slanted 12º right, leaving a near-impossible sliced shot to the green if you don’t stay “up”? This is a fun and beautiful course!
